On Tuesday 5th February MasterChef – The Professional gave a shout out to Flinders Island when they decided to provide for one of the challenges Flinders Island Wallaby. Guest Chef Jacque Raymond and his team from Jacque Raymond Restaurant went up against the losing 6 chefs from the previous round of cooking.
Jacque Raymond chooses to use the Flinders Island Wallaby for his main in the challenge.
The Wallaby was one of the winning dishes for the evening.
