ON Sept 3 the Flinders Island Sports & RSL Club is having a five course degustation dinner with Paul Foreman, a prominent chef from Hobart. The dinner will feature a selection of local produce (fish, beef and wine) in some interesting dishes. Paul will also demonstrate at the outdoor (weather permitting) or indoors Flinders Fine Fare on Sunday 11am – 3pm at the Flinders Island Sports & RSL Club, which co-incides with the Flinders 5 on Fathers Day.
