We are pleased to advise that Southern Cross Television in Tasmania has scheduled the 60 minute documentary made of the 2012 H & R Block Three Peaks Race for this coming Saturday 23rd June 2012 at 5.00 pm (not at time printed in some of the TV Guides). 

 

For viewers in the mainland states of Australia the film is most likely to be shown on 7MATE but no date has yet been scheduled.  With Wimbledon tennis on soon the Three Peaks race video is likely to be shown after the tennis has concluded.  Please keep a check on your local television guide.

 

With footage from yachts, runners, aircraft and Southern Cross Television cameramen, this video will be a collectors item.  The Three Peaks Race committee in anticipation of its popularity has bought a limited number of DVDs for sale at $24.95 ($29.95 including postage and packing).  Orders can be placed on the Three Peaks Race website at www.threepeaks.org.au.

 

Early interest for the 25th race starting Good Friday, 29th March 2013 is evidenced with teams commencing to lodge expressions of interest to compete.  Early lodgemment is excellent as it allows runners plenty of time for their training.
