Its that time of the year again, Mutton Birding Season! Dates have been confirmed this year to start on the 31st March until the 15th April. So I hope you have your Game Licence ready, pull all of the old clothes out of the back of your wardrobe, get your gumboots on and get yourself a feed of Mutton Birds.
